1. What's Covered
The 7-day guarantee applies to your first purchase of any paid Coaches Online plan:

- Annual plan — yearly billing

2. How To Request a Refund
Email us within 7 days of your purchase with the email address you used to buy and your order or receipt number. That's it — no questionnaire required.

3. Eligibility
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a given plan (one refund per customer).
- Renewals are not automatically covered — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
4. Free & Promotional Access
If you received Coaches Online at no cost — through a bonus, partnership, or a 100%-off promotion — there is no payment to refund. You can stop using your site and cancel at any time, and you'll never be charged for access you received for free.
5. After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your plan access ends and any published site is unpublished. We keep your site data for 30 days in case you change your mind, after which it is permanently removed.
Want to export your content first? Just ask in your refund email and we'll help before anything is removed.
6. Billing Questions & Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement, reach out before opening a chargeback — we can almost always sort it out faster directly, including a refund where this policy applies.
